When making your Online Banking payments, be sure to always include your eZone Account Number and your packages’ eZone House Air Waybill number(s), in your Online Banking’s Reference / Other Information field.

After completing your payment to eZone via Online Banking and receiving your bank’s online banking remittance confirmation, simply take a screenshot of the confirmation and send  to us via the eZ Chat feature in your eZone account or email it to  customerservice@getezone.com. We will then arrange to deliver your already paid for package(s) to you!
